Attick Towers, College Park Housing Authority, College Park, MD

HO&C is serving as Development Consultant for the College Park Housing Authority (CPHA) to support the modernization of their 108 unit senior housing building, Attick Towers. Current plans are to complete the modernization of major systems, based on a Physical Needs Assessment; renovate the kitchens and bathrooms in each unit; and redesign the management office area on the first floor.

Total development budget of the Attick Towers project is approximately $3 million. The key HO&C staff members working on this project are Lynne Goldberg and Steve Duncan. The project status update is the preliminary cost estimate and final feasibility report is being completed and then HO&C will present to the City of College Park Housing Authority Board for approval.
