Lynne M. Goldberg

Lynne has more than 16 years of experience in the real estate industry including design, construction and land development. She began her career as an Architect for a large multi-family design firm and managed all stages of the design process for apartment communities and Ruby Tuesday restaurants in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and New York. She then worked as a Construction Manager for Trammel Crow Company and a Senior Development Manager at Opus East, L.L.C. in their Washington DC offices for a combined 7 years.

While at Trammell Crow Company, she managed the build-outs of commercial properties in downtown Baltimore, MD and Washington DC while working with GSA on several projects. As part of Opus East team, she managed the rezoning of 15 acres in Fairfax County from industrial to 1 million square feet of office space, worked in the leasing of a Harris Teeter anchored retail center in Manassas, VA and managed the construction of a 160,000 SF office building for Northrop Grumman near BWI Airport.

Ms. Goldberg holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University in New York and a Masters in Science in Real Estate Development from John Hopkins University.
